Prayer Times and Event Listings
Prayer times shown on this site are calculated for Manchester using a stated method. They are provided for convenience. Congregation times are set separately and may differ, so check with the mosque you intend to attend.
Event details can change at short notice. We update the site when we can, but please confirm before travelling.
Classes, Services and Support
Information about our classes, matrimonial service, funeral service and community support describes what we normally offer. It is not a binding offer of a service. Availability depends on capacity, volunteers and circumstances, and separate arrangements will be agreed with you directly.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or immigration advice. Where an article touches on those areas, take advice from a qualified professional about your own situation.
Our Status, and Donations
BKM Community Group is a community organisation. It is not currently registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales and does not hold registered charity status. We say so plainly because people reasonably assume otherwise of an organisation like ours.
In practice that means two things. Donations to us are not eligible for Gift Aid, and we do not claim it. And we are not subject to Charity Commission regulation, so if you want to know how your money has been used, ask us directly and we will tell you.
Donations go towards the running of our activities and the support we provide, and are handled directly rather than through this website. They are not refundable once made, except where the law requires otherwise or where a genuine error has occurred — in which case, please contact us.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, graphics and photographs on this site belong to BKM Community Group or are used with permission, unless stated otherwise. The BKM Community name and logo are ours.
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email info@bkmcommunity.com with details of the material and your claim, and we will investigate and remove it where the claim is well founded.
Photographs of People
Our gallery contains photographs taken at community gatherings. If you appear in one and would like it taken down, email us and we will remove it. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.
Links to Other Sites
Where we link to another website we do so because we think it may be useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.
Advertising
This site may display advertising supplied by third parties. Advertisements are selected automatically and their appearance on this site is not an endorsement by BKM Community Group of the advertiser, its products or its services. If you see an advertisement here that you believe is inappropriate, please tell us.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be online, error-free or up to date.
